Once you have reviewed the CCP Annual Information Presentation, please click the 'Intent Form' link above to complete the CCP 2022-2023 Intent Form. This form is due 3/21/2022. This form must be completed by returning and new CCP students. Failure to complete this form will cause your student to be ineligible for the CCP program during the school year 2022-2023.
